Facility in New York is seeking several permanent Primary Care providers to join them in 2021.  Please see details below.
 

  • Full Time (40 hours)
  • Start ASAP
  • Staffed with strong nursing and leadership, imaging and Physical Therapists in most locations
  • On-site lab at most locations
  • Cerner EMR is used system-wide
  • Outpatient only
  • Minimal call (telephone call only, 3-4 weeks per year)
  • 2+ patients per hour
  • Need to have experience with infants and pediatric patients
  • Minor procedures done in office
  • Highly attractive compensation, time off, CME, incentive based bonuses on a bi-annual basis.
  • Relocation, sign on, loan forgiveness are all options to discuss

Compensation/Role details

  • We have a market-drive approach and target the median for base compensation
  • Physicians and (most) APPs are eligible for productivity bonuses
  • Call pay may be built into salary or could result in extra compensation – depends on the practice area
  • CME allowance – paid time away from work and financial assistance
  • Professional society / membership allowance
  • Malpractice coverage with tail
  • DEA and NYS licensure paid in full
  • Sign-on Bonus may be available for some positions
  • Relocation and/or housing assistance available
  • Biweekly payroll cycle
