Details:

• Begins ASAP, upon successful credentialing (60 Days | Temps with Clean File)
• Must have active WI license prior to presentation
• Mon – Fri (7a-3p)
• Call (3p-7a) | OT (possible)
• 11 ORs
• Cases: B&B, ENT, GI, Heads, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Ortho, PEDS (healthy), Spines, URO, Vascular
• No Trauma | Cardiac handled by Cardiac Anesthesiologist
• Model 5 MD/DOs & 6 CRNAs
• EMR: EPIC
